• M3U URLs, Xtream Codes API credentials, or portal addresses.
• Viewing habits, channel history, or favorite lists.
• IP addresses or geographical location data.

1.2 Local Storage

All data you input into the application (including server credentials and playlist files) is stored locally and securely on your own device using encrypted storage mechanisms. We have absolutely zero access to this local database.

1.3 Anonymous Analytics

To improve application stability, we may use basic, anonymized crash reporting tools (such as Apple Crashlytics). This data only contains technical device information and crash logs, completely devoid of any user-specific information.

1.4 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our application is a general-purpose media player and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

By downloading, installing, and using SmartX: Pro IPTV Player ("the App"), you explicitly agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the application immediately.

2.1 Nature of the Application

SmartX is a blank media player designed to parse and playback user-provided streaming links. We are a software development entity, not a media provider.

• We do NOT host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind.
• We do NOT sell, distribute, or provide IPTV subscriptions, M3U links, or server access.
• The App is installed completely empty. The user is 100% responsible for the content they choose to load into the application.

2.2 Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. SmartX strictly prohibits the use of our software to access, stream, or distribute copyright-protected material without explicit permission from the rights holder.

Because we do not host or control the content users load into the App, we cannot block specific streams. However, we do not endorse or promote piracy in any form.

2.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, nor do we guarantee the stability of any third-party streams you choose to play through it.
